Project Management is a term used loosely to describe far too many processes and activities in contemporary vernacular.

At HPG, Project Management is about ownership - partnership and mutual respect.  

• We own our Client's Brief, budget and vision;

• We know that our Teams of Designers and Builders need clear direction and prompt responses in order to perform at their best;

• We know that the earth is round, there are no square edges, and there are none on our Projects.  As such, we adapt to change as each project evolves working with our Teams to make finite adjustments to allow our Teams to perform at their best and deliver the best outcome for our Clients.
