Meagan has defined her career by the search for challenging tasks and great teams.  She has managed teams and delivered projects in Australia, the United States, the UK, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Japan, China and India.

As Head of Worldwide Real Estate Design, Engineering & Construction for eRetailer Amazon.com, Meagan developed design standards and led new projects across a portfolio of 10 million square metres, with an estimated value in excess of $8B.

​

Meagan developed her core skills during a 10 year journey with global property development & construction company Lendlease, advancing from Project Engineer to Project Manager in just 3 years before a company driven relocation to the US saw Meagan take on a Development Management role on a $550M mixed use development. 

​

A dual citizen of the US and Australia, Meagan’s knowledge of the business environments in each region, coupled with strong networks provide a unique perspective to assist businesses and Clients navigating personnel, project and jurisdictional challenges.

Meagan has been recognized in the industry, receiving several awards including National Association of Women in Construction Award for Achievement in Construction (NAWIC) and Young Achiever of the Year (Property Council of Australia).
